Isn't it hard to believe that rich, juicy, mouthwatering meat
can come from this rusty grill?? Well, it does!
Our dog Rio thinks it's mighty unfair that he has to smell the meat cooking but can't eat any. At least he can pretend with his bone!
In my opinion the only thing better then grilling out is using the smoker. If the weather cooperates, we are smoking pork ribs this Saturday!

My FIL cooked on a crazy Weber just like that for eons ... and he grills the best steaks in town. (Not my town, unfortunately.) He now has the gas start charcoal which he loves to cook on. Yummyness of the charcoal with the start of gas. Win-win.
